About Dr. Treca Bourne

Systems are constantly working in the background—I help bring their impact to the foreground to positively shape learning, behavior, and outcomes.

The B.O.U.R.N.E. Principles™

We can’t successfully improve systems or cultivate capability if we aren’t well.

The B.O.U.R.N.E. Principles™ is a mindfulness-based framework designed to cultivate intentional self-awareness, leadership presence, and holistic well-being to sustain high performance and prevent workplace burnout. Rather than striving for perfection, it invites leaders, educators, and teams to intentionally create the conditions to thrive—one mindful choice at a time.

    A Daily Journaling Practice
